Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CGFTVK: - Ceiling tiles above the cooking line and dishwasher have been replaced with new ones. Ceiling tiles in reasonably clean condition. - New warmer now installed. Warmer measured at 60C at the time of the inspection. - Back storage room has been organized. Most boxes/equipment on shelving racks. Keep this area clean. No food items stored in this storage room at the time of the inspection. * Report not signed due to Covid-19.
