Routine inspection: Garbage area has been moved and it is enclosed. Thank you for your attention. Ensure that pest control company provide frequent monitoring and ensure to install the rodent baits system. Sanitizer bleach is used as approved sanitizer for food contact surfaces. Ensure that all wiping clothes are stored in approved sanitizer at all times Very clean and organized facility. Met with kitchen supervisor, Katherine. Please ensure that the following items are addressed by our next inspection ( June, 2018 ): Janitorial facility - install the back flow preventer and chemical mechanical dispensing system. Use appropriate cleaning chemicals for floor ( not the soap detergent ) Keep kitchen mops and bucket separate from the housekeeping ( labeled, different colors, etc ).
