Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Holders for ice scoops need cleaning on bottom and upstairs floors. Ice scoop holder on bottom floor had pink mold on it.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) The downstairs dishwasher did not reach a sanitizing temperature after multiple runs. Reached 68.9 Celsius;must reach a minimum of 71 Celsius. Note that this dishwasher is not in use at time of inspection.
2) A pair of tongs in main kitchen observed kept in sanitizer solution.
Utensils must be air-dried after sanitizing, otherwise they will contaminate food. Do not store any utensils in sanitizing solution. Most utensils were stored in ice at time of inspection which is acceptable.

Comments

Main floor dishwasher's booster heater was not working; however the dishwasher technician had temporarily modified the dishwasher to inject sanitizer in the final rinse which is acceptable. Measured 50 ppm chlorine final rinse.
No signs of pests observed on this inspection. Pest control measures are in place - good.
Hand sinks are stocked and working.
Spray sanitizer was 200 ppm quats.
Fridges are under 4 Celsius.
Overall sanitation is acceptable.
