Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The container for storage of spoons (beside the soup hot holder and crackers) appeared uncleaned (food debris noted). Rewashed spoons and container.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bucket of quats sanitizer at 50ppm. Staff replaced with new solution when notified at time of inspection. Rechecked at 200ppm.

Observation: 1.Lids not provided for the food items on the shelves at the front door.
2.Scoop for flour stored on top of lid.
Corrective Action(s): 1.Provide lids for these items for prevent food debris from falling into them.
2.Rewash the scoop and store in a dry, clean area.
Corrected by: immediately.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 1.Standing cooler near the entrance to kitchen had glass sliding doors that did not appear to slide properly (hard to open). The sides has spongy materials that were peeling off and could be affecting the proper seal for good temperatures.
2. There was no light observed.
3. The cabinet underneath the ice machine appeared water damaged and appeared black in large area.
4. Lid to kichen prep cooler appeared broken from the unit.
Corrective Action(s): 1.Repair the sliding doors and broken parts (peeling off). Corrected by: 3 days.
2.Repair the light in this cooler. Corrected by: 3 days.
3. Repair any water leaks and replace the cabinet. Corrected by: 1 week.
4. Repair the lid so that it attaches properly. Corrected by. 1 week.

Observation: A number of items not used for the premises stored in the dry food storage area and back door area. Items include unused chairs, piece of drywall on crate (near back door), broken vase (near back door), large metal part leaning against the wall, cardboard against the wall, unused table tops, pieces of plywood, toaster oven, drinking glasses with other things stacked on top in a pile, green food display unit, baskets.
Corrective Action(s): Remove unnecessary items from back areas noted to avoid clutter.
