- Sanitation is excellent. - All handsinks are fully equipped. - All cooling units at 4C or below. - Walk-in freezer at -20C. - All hot held food items at 60C or above. - QUATS sanitizer measured at 200ppm from the dispenser and in spray bottles. - 3 compartment sink in use. - All food item containers in cooler are dated and labelled. - No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. *Ensure there is no water drip from the ceiling A/C unit. The unit many need a better design/ alteration of the current method of collecting condensation drips. Report reviewed not signed.
