Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-AYCV4D: - The gap at the bottom of the back door has been sealed adequately. - There was surface sanitizer at 200ppm Quat in the front of the kitchen. - FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Please email a copy of the FOODSAFE certificate to the health inspector and also keep a copy of the certificate on site. Note: FOODSAFE certificates obtained prior to July 29th, 2013 expires on July 29th, 2018. A refresher course must be completed to receive recertification for FOODSAFE.
