Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer bucket solution for soaking cloths was grey and recorded 0ppm quats. 200ppm is required to sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Employee refilled bucket with fresh quats which was at 200ppm. Ensure that solution is changed regularly every 2 hrs or more frequently if soiled. Check concentration with test strips routinely to ensure that the quats dispenser is dispensing the required concentration.
