* Note: new walk-in cooler shelving on order; install wheels on shelving to allow shelving to be easily moved and cleaned
* Note: final thorough cleaning to be done through out kitchen and storage areas prior to reopening(including walls, shelves, door handles, etc)
* Follow up inspection to be done tomorrow morning
