Corrective Action(s): Do not store any items in designated hand washing sinks. All hand sinks must be unobstructed and accessible for hand washing.

Observation: Both employees on-site at time of inspection did not have their Foodsafe Level 1 certification.
Corrective Action(s): During all hours of operation, at least one kitchen staff member on-site must have their Foodsafe Level 1 certification. At least one regular full-time staff for each shift must register for Foodsafe Level 1 course. Keep copies of Foodsafe certificates on-site.

Comments

- Hand sink in front area was unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Drawer coolers measured to be at 1C. Undercounter prep coolers and inserts measured to be between 1C and 3C. Walk-in cooler measured to be at 1C. Beverage coolers were below 4C.
- Undercounter freezer for smoothie ingredients measured to be at -23C. Upright freezer measured to be at -19C.
- Accurate thermometers available for monitoring temperatures
- Quat sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200 ppm
- Three-compartment sink was set-up for manual warewashing. 200 ppm Quat detected in sanitizing sink. **Obtain Quat test strips to use for monitoring sanitizer strength.
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory. Reminder that garbage must be taken out at the end of each day.
- Mop sink maintained in sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
