Comments

On Follow-Up: Cleaning issues have been addressed, except for the exhaust hood baffles which will be cleaned within the week. The undercounter cooler under the POS station is not in use. Replace with a functioning cooler as discussed. Dishwasher requires a part replacement. Maintenance should be completed tomorrow morning. Closure Order issued (You can offer take-out only till 3pm today after which you must close). A sign has been posted on the entrance door indicating the same. A Follow-up inspection will be conducted tomorrow at 11am. Contact me if you are not ready for an inspection.
