Introduction

A scheduled follow up inspection to routine inspection PGIL-D42NPQ was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP).

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

The inspection is dated April 19, 2024 there were no children in care and the Licensee was present. The Licensee provided an appropriate plan to Licensing that addressed the contraventions. No further action is required. The inspection report was reviewed and discussed with the Licensee.
