Observation: Small number of mouse droppings noted near transformer and under soft serve yogurt machines
Corrective Action(s): Clean up droppings and disinfect areas. Monitor for future activity. Pest control contract in place. Report from July 21/17 shown at the time of the inspection. Ensure instructions from Pest Control technician are being followed.

Observation: Small portion of wall near floor next to dishwashing sink is worn to the drywall and small portion of wall adjacent to handwashing station is showing some moisture damage.
Corrective Action(s): Repair areas of the wall that are damaged with finish that is impervious, durable and washable. .

Comments

-General sanitation of premises is satisfactory. Some debris noted under soft serve machines. Machines should be routinely pulled out to clean up any spills underneath. Spills can be a food source for pests.
-Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Stainless coolers at (yogurt) 1C and (fruit) 4C
-Upright freezer at -9C
-Chest freezer at -18C
-Display freezer at -21C
-Toppings cooler at 3C
-Sanitizer solution (100-200ppm chlorine) present in dishwashing sink to sanitize dishes.
-Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution (100ppm chlorine)
-Sterasheen present to clean/sanitize soft serve yogurt. Manager reported that machines are cleaned on a weekly basis with one machine being cleaned each day.
-Supervisor present has completed Foodsafe level 1.
-Toppings in back storage/prep area are in pest proof bins. All food items stored on shelving.
