Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed 5 small containers with frozen food in the upright sliding freezer unit. Containers were not labelled. Operator indicated that the food in the containers is for personal and staff use.
Corrective Action(s): Do not sell any food product that was processed in an unapproved facilities due to the possible risks of potential cross contamination.
Operator had voluntarily removed the containers from the freezer unit during the inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the use of cardboard and Styrofoam as liners in the Habco sliding door cooler unit.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded the cardboard and Styrofoam liner during the inspection.

Note: Discussed that if operator wants to add or change services, that the operator must seek Fraser Health approval and approval from the appropriate regulatory agencies.
Note: Observed a propane gas stove in the unit beside main store. The facility does not meet the requirements for food handling.
