Comments

-Both prep coolers were less than 4C.
-3 door upright cooler was at 4C.
-2-door Pepsi cooler was at 4C.
-Single door Pepsi cooler was at 3C.
-Freezer unit was at -18C.
-Hot holding of rice, hot holding cabinet, and front hot holding areas were greater than 60C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 200ppm (bottle located in each food preparation area).
-Washrooms clean and sanitary.
-Foods generally stored off the ground and covered.
-Rice scoop stored on ice and changed when ice melts.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
