Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Grilled chicken and bacons were stored in the same hot holding unit that has been turned off. Staff were unsure how long the unit was turned off; records was not done for hot holding units today.
Corrective Action(s): Both items discarded. Ensure to check and record hot holding food temperatures as well so that they are maintained at >60C.

Observation: A box of opened bagels were stored on the floor of walk-in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Please store food 6 inches off the floor.

Observation: Fruit flies noted around icing station and around dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): Please forward pest control report by e-mail for review. Increase cleaning in noted areas as per comment on code 306 and empty mop bucket fully after use.

Observation: Food debris noted on the floor around icing area as indicated to supervisor. Some handles of cupboards were sticky as well.
Corrective Action(s): Please have all surfaces properly wiped down and food debris removed to prevent fruit flies harbourage.
