Updated floor plan drawing is still required for the relocation of the triple-sink and two hand sinks. Ensure to include any other proposed changes for health approval. 2. Tiles have been put up on wall behind triple-sink, however grouting is missing. Corrective Action(s): 1. Submit floor plan drawing by THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13th. 2. - Facility was not in operation at time of inspection - Floor plan still needs to be submitted - extension given until Thursday, February 13th. Correction Order still stands. - Two hand washing sinks have been re-installed and were supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. **Ensure the second hand sink is equipped with a paper towel dispenser as well. - Cleaning of all equipment was mostly completed. - Wall behind triple-sink has been tiled, grouting still needed. - Operator has also begun re-tiling the floors, and will be completed in phases. Tiling work will only be done on non-production days.
