Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Sandwich display cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Hot holding for meatballs and soup was above 65 deg C.
Prep line cooler was not working. However, this unit was not working at time of inspection.
-No food items stored in this cooler. This unit is scheduled for servicing.
Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C or colder.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Beverage cooler (dining area) was at 4 deg C.
No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Premises was clean and organized.
Staff on duty has Food Safe 1 training. Ensure copies of FoodSafe 1 certificates are available on the file.
Washrooms and dining area were in sanitary condition.
