Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of hand soap at front hand sink. Liquid soap pump is broken. Plumber has stated it can not be used.

Corrective Action(s): Replace soap dispenser with functional unit or repair. Purchase liquid soap dispensing unit. Use alternative front hand sink until such time as soap dispenser is supplied with liquid soap.
Ensure all hand sinks are adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold water.
