A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CN7UXZ and the following observations were found: - All coolers 4C or lower - All freezers -18C or lower - Temperature log maintained and updated daily - Kitchen utensils kept in a clean and sanitary manner - No sign of pests - General sanitation satisfactory - Walk in freezer and walk in cooler observed to be functional without any leaks - All violations resolved
