Operator refilled spray bottle at time of inspection. Violation Score: 5 402 - Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff moving from deep frying chicken to making bubble waffles wearing the same gloves. Also observed staff refill sanitizer spray bottle with bleach, rinse her gloved hands then continue to make bubble tea. Corrective Action(s): Discussed the importance of proper hand washing. Washing bare hands with soap and water, then putting on fresh gloves each time. Violation Score: 5
