-All coolers were below 4 degC -Walk-in freezer temperature was below -18 degC -Hand sinks are fully equipped except for one which requires new batteries in the soap dispenser (on order). -Dishwasher rinse has 100ppm chlorine -Awaiting new filters. Filter change date was Dec. 2018. They'll get changed as soon as the filters arrive. -Temperature logs are being maintained. -200ppm Quats sanitizer is available for use. -Abell pest control Company is on contract.
