Observation: Heavy mouse dropping accumulation through out back storage area:
1. Under all shelving units
2. Dead mouse found on glue board placed on Saturday evening
3. Droppings through out back office
4. Droppings under supplies
5. droppings around front POS
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all droppings and mouse activity is noted and areas cleaned and sanitized. Report all activity to pest control technician. Operator has scheduled pest tech appointment on-site tomorrow.
CORRECTION ORDER still in place. If no further progress is made to control the mouse infestation progressive enforcement will be implemented:
1. ticketing

2. temporary closure

Comments

Mouse infestation must be controlled and areas with droppings cleaned up.
Talked to owner over the phone:
1.new pest control company will be on site tomorrow for service
2.will decrease inventory and keep supplies and food on higher shelves
3.premise will be organized and cleaned to better monitor pest activity

If pest activity is not controlled by next inspection progressive enforcement will be implemented.
