Hand sink clear of obstructions - good Prep cooler was serviced yesterday, and was again getting serviced during inspection. Current temp still exceeding 4C No potentially hazardous foods getting stored in this system - standing cooler being used in replacement Please call me and leave a message when the cooler has been fully repaired.
