Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Sanitizer was not set up or ready to use and staff were preparing food; food contact surfaces were not sanitary; staff reminded to provide ready to use sanitizer at all times during operation; Also, paper towels were missing from one of the dispensers-- staff corrected this after being told
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure sanitizer ready to use at all times during operation; operator set up bleach solution in buckets to store wiping rags; Ensure paper towel dispensers full of paper towels at all times
