Observation: The handsink at the front service area has been taken out of service.
Correction: Repair the sink. Foodhandlers should keep nails short and unpainted even when gloves are worn.

Violation code 401 noted above was corrected at the Aug 26th, 2022 follow up inspection.

Routine inspection:
General sanitation is satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest noted.
Replace the ripped tin foil lining the bottom shelf of the stainless steel table in the kitchen.
Maintain the temperature record log sheets (last entry was Aug 27, 21).

Remove old unused equipment from the restaurant (freezer, cooler, 3x donair machine).
