Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fly tape observed hanging from the ceiling, directly above a food prep area (table).
Corrective Action(s): Remove fly tape immediately. Fly tape and other pest control equipment should never be used in a manner that can cause contamination of food (ie. flies or other contamination can dislodge from the fly tape and fall onto food being prepared below). These items may only be used in rooms/locations that are away from food handling stations.
