Follow-up inspection completed for report# KLAI-CWSNKR Hot skewers were now noted being hot held at over 60.0C. Mouse droppings in the offsite storage area have been removed. Previous areas requiring sanitary attention is now noted cleaned and sanitary. QUAT sanitizer concentration was detected at 150 PPM when checked at the start of inspection. Operator refilled sanitizer when it was noted to them that it the concentration is slightly lower than required. As per operator, he had contacted the landlord regarding the 2 missing light shields - will verify during the next routine inspection. No further follow-up required at this time.
