Dishwasher final rinse reached 76 degrees Celsius at the plate surface.
Sanitizer for wiping cloths measured 200 PPM Quat sanitizer. Ensure that the testing solution temperature is at or between the manufacturers required temperature when measuring the concentration of sanitizer residual with your test strips.
