-Follow-up inspection to September 26, 2017.
-Knives were properly stored in a container which can be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any foods stored in opened containers at the time of inspection.
-Ready-to-eat foods were properly stored above raw foods at the time of inspection.
-Water line from the cook area has been severed and did not observe water pooling under the cook line at the time of inspection.
-Containers in the walk-in cooler were found to be clean and sanitary. More attention required along the door seals of the prep cooler - ensure staff regularly clean prep cooler.
-Light shield has been replaced in the kitchen area.
-Handwash station drain pipe has been tightened and is no longer leaking water.
*Flooring will still need to be replaced under the cook line.
