Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Beverage fridge is maintaining drinks at 9-12 degrees C. Staff stated that it was recently restocked but the morning temperature logs indicated it as 9 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Dairy was removed from fridge. Monitor closely to ensure that it is capable of maintaining potentially hazardous foods at 4 degrees C or colder. Repair or adjust if required.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Package of deli meat was being thawed on top of toaster.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that an approved method of thawing is used as discussed. Ie thaw package in sink under cold running water or in fridge.

Comments

All other coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder. Upright dairy fridge had to be reorganized so that the door could close properly as the dairy crates would not allow for it to close. Ensure staff are taking the time to organize fridges when restocking so that this is not repeated.
Freezers are -18 degrees C or colder. Do not overstock upright freezer to allow for proper air flow. Move items back to walk in freezer.
Quat sanitizer in wiping cloth buckets measured 200 PPM residual. Do not place sanitizer under soap dispenser at handsink to prevent contamination.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
Temperature logs maintained.
Hot holding of soups and meats were all 60 degrees C or hotter.
