Observation: Rodent droppings were observed by the cooler and freezer in the customer area. Did not observe pests in the kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings and monitor for pest activity. Contact pest control services if more droppings are observed.

Comments

-Prep cooler was at 4C. Ensure the shelves are not overstocked - this may prevent the flow of air in the cooler unit.
-Both kitchen glass door upright coolers were at 4C.
-Metal upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods. Foods stored off the ground and in pest resistant containers.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 03, 2024.
