Note: Meal prep done in main kitchen and served out of the cottage kitchen. Minimal food prep done in cottage kitchen.
Paper thermometers purchased and available on site. **Run a paper thermometer through the dishwasher and email undersigned EHO with temperature result by the end of the week. Ensure that the sanitize wash button is selected when present.
Other observations:
√ Fridges ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm
√ Domestic style dishwashers present with sanitizing cycle capability though unable to test during inspection.
√ General sanitation and maintenance is very good
√ Thermometers present
√ Temperature logs maintained
√ Staff with FoodSafe present.
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection
