- High temperature dishwasher available for mechanical warewashing, temperature registered at 78 deg C on plate surface during final rinse cycle
- Food contact sanitizer bucket registered at 200 ppm chlorine
- Two compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Ice machine is maintained in a sanitary manner, scoop is stored outside
- No signs of obvious pest activity
- Staff indicated that licensed pest control services are in place
