Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food-contact surface sanitizer was readily available for use.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food-contact surface sanitizer (such as your 100 ppm - 200 ppm bleach solution) is always readily available for use during all hours of operation. Obtain a new spray bottle for the front area and ensure to label your bottle.

- Routine inspection conducted.
- Hand washing stations were properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 73C at the dish surface during rinse cycle. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface is required.
- Coolers were measured at 4C or colder.
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory.
- Two-compartment sink maintained in sanitary condition. Mop sink also maintained in sanitary condition.
- Ice machine was noted to be clean. Ice scoop properly stored in designated container.
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Dry storage area satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Staff and operator onsite have FoodSafe level 1 or equivalent.
