Sanitation is satisfactory. Refrigeration temperatures measure < 4 C, with the noted exceptions. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Spray sanitizers measure 200 ppm Cl and 400 ppm Q. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measures 78 C.
