-Staff are currently not baking/cooking foods in the facility and have not baked or cooked any foods for immediate consumption since the previous inspection. Please contact the Health Department to change the status of the facility, if potentially hazardous foods will no longer be cooked/baked at the facility.
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Display cooler was at 3C (just completed a defrost cycle).
-Customer area upright freezer was at -20C.
-Front novelty freezer was at -24C.
-Back upright freezer was at -18C.
-F'Real freezer was at -13C.
-Back chest freezer was at -32C.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
