Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CSZPXU:

Drawer cooler under the grill not in use. As per manager a quotation has been received to replace this unit.
Walk in freezer installation complete. Shelving units for inside on order. Ambient air temperatures at -18 degrees C. Exterior of walk in freezer and area around new hot water tank system still requires finishing with FRP material.
No cooling of gravys or sauces on the floor near the hand sink.
Permit posted in at bar/servery.
Bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use. General sanitizer solution formula: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
