Operator to ensure cleaning and sanitizing of floors at least daily and as per Sanitation Plan to prevent build-up and to prevent the attraction of pests. Under counter cooler used to store iced teas noted in Code 308 in good working order. Unit ambient air temperature noted at 4C or below. Operator to ensure at least one staff member on duty as a valid Food Safe Level 1 or equivalent certificate. Please notify Environmental Health Officer once certificate is obtained.
