-Dishwasher rinse had 100ppm chlorine
-200ppm bleach available for sanitizing
-Handsinks are fully equipped
-Provided a copy of the FSE Order, Covid safety plan Order and the template to manager
-Report reviewed but not signed.

As per the Order issued to Food service establishments, you must do the following:
Provide 2m markers outside the premise for patrons that are lining up
Move/remove tables so that there's a 2m separation between tables and between the backs of chairs as discussed.
Develop and submit a Covid Safety Plan by Aug. 8, 2020.
Staff to maintain 2m distancing from customers as much as possible and/or wear masks.
