Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report #KLAI-CCUSNL
Drink dispenser nozzle heads noted in a sanitary condition. Sign posted by the drink dispenser reminding staff to clean nozzle heads every night.
Interior of the ice machine noted in a sanitary condition.
Paper towel was available in the handwash station in the salad/ dessert area.
No products were noted past the best before dates at the restaurants at the time of inspection.
The floor below the ice machine noted in a sanitary condition.
No buildup noted along the seam and hinges of the reach-in coolers along the prep line holding potatoes and bacon.
Cleanliness of the cabinets in the deep fryers have improved tremendously. Please clean weekly or as often as needed to maintain the cleanliness of these units.
New curtains installed on the clean side of the dish machine.
The interior of the bar reach-in cooler was noted in a sanitary condition.
Proper scoops with handles were noted in the bulk flour containers.
No fruit flies activities observed at the time of inspection.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 72C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.

Outstanding issues from the routine inspection:
Buildup noted on the floor below the storage rack in the dry storage room.
Dust buildup noted by the vent in the walk-in cooler.
10 door reach-in cooler in the salad/ dessert area has not been fixed yet - waiting for a part which is expected to be delivered by next week (April 5th, 2022).
