Corrective Action(s): Transfer foods from cans to food grade containers immediately upon opening. Foods may leech chemicals from the can once opened. Staff transferred foods at the time of inspection.

- Operator stated that buckets of food are cooled with an ice wand (present in chest freezer)
- Handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- Dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse cycle
