Comments

All coolers, with the exception of the one mentioned above, were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests. Pest control reports onsite.
Bleach sanitizer solution was at 100 ppm
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
