Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found a dead fly floating in tofu container with melted ice. Owner removed the fly by hand but kept the tofu in the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded tofu. Contaminated food must be discarded and not consumed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A container of raw egg wash uncovered was placed on top of a bowl of cooked veggies syran wrapped.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store raw food on top of cooked food. Keep all food covered when not in use.

Observation: Water pooling under two compartment sink by dishwasher. Grease and dust noted on several food equipment, shelving units and floors (bar area, kitchen and back storage)
Corrective Action(s): Please do a deep clean of all food equipment, shelving units and floors. Staff washroom converted to staff room, needs to be reorganized. Complete by next follow up.
