Cleaning under fryer and main walk way in walk-freezer completed. Remaining food debris noted underneath shelving units of walk-in freezer; identified to staff onsite for further cleaning. New floor tiles in front of mop sink has been replaced and are curing. Mice droppings in dry storage room/hot water tank up stairs, as well as garbage receptacle area have been removed. Exhaust hood was booked for service on Jan 15 but rescheduled due to snow storm. Ensure ventilation company places a new sticker with new date on hood for reference. Owner and one manager's Foodsafe Level 1 temporary certificates have been received by e-mail. Thank you.
