Temporary permit to operate has been issued and hand delivered.

Please ensure the following:
- set up the outside kitchen as per approved floor plan
- provide the portable hand-wash station with hot and cold running water.
- approved sanitizer to be available at the food preparation station
- keep all perishable/high risk/food at the proper temperature
- cover and protect all food during storage ( especially at the outdoor kitchen )
The menu has been extended with additional food items ( beside jalibies, chai tea and sweets )

NOTE: The Food Safe certification has been expired ( All certificates issued before July 29, 2013 have been expired on July, 2018 ). Please ensure to have at least one person per shift with valid certificate.
