Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pork stew and fish stew noted at 49 C with probe thermometer on hot hold unit 3 and 4. Chicken noted 53 C on unit 1 with probe.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hot holding units maintain PHF at or above 60 C. Units 1,3,4 have all been turned up. Operator will monitor food with probe thermometer. If PHF is under 60 C for more then 2 hours discard. All food in inserts are <2 hours in hot hold unit.

Observation: Bulk rice, sugar, and bag of whole onions stored in unknown blue storage containers. Stickers of past products partially ripped off containers. One container has partial sticker labelled: Malladi (drug & pharmaceuticals limited - manufactured in India
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food products are stored in food grade containers to protect from contamination. Unknown previous products stored in containers can contaminate raw food stored in containers now. Discard food & replace containers. Operator unable to provide proof of past contents of blue containers. (photos taken)

Visit CFIA labelling on their website for labelling requirements of food products. Name of product, name of manufacturer or supplier and contact information, best before or expiry date.
*** Do not sell food for retail not properly labelled.

-Old broken prep cooler removed and replaced by counter with 4 hot holding units (unit 1,2,3,4)
-New large counter display cooler has been installed next to hot holding counter. Cooler noted at 3 C.
