**Corrected during inspection** Operator removed product from shelf. To label dented cans as stressed product.

2. Can of Pachranga International Lime Spiced Pickle (750mL) observed to be bloated.
**Corrected during inspection** Operator discarded when identified.

Please have staff monitor canned products for dents, damage, or deformities to ensure product sold is safe for human consumption.

Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control company and advise them of activity observed. Ask for recommendations and cleaning instructions. Pest control technician should always be leaving recommendations unless facility is pest-free.
