Premises made renovation including floor and refrigeration units replacement, addition of grease trap, and wall repair/replacement.
Renovation has been done according to approved plans (dated March 15, 2019). Note that the orientation of reach in cooler and reach in freezer have changed. No concerns with this change.
Stainless steel side splash guard installed for handwash station at south west end.
FRP back splash noted behind sinks.
->discussed that if the FRP cannot be maintained in the future, stainless steel material will be requested to be installed.
Existing two compartment sinks is operational with hot water at 48.0C at tap.
Drain plugs available. Warewashing procedure posted on wall.
Handwashing stations X3: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available.
Chemical dispensers are operational, dispensing 200ppm Quats. Test strips within expiry dates onsite.
New cooler is at 4C and new freezer is at -18C. Display thermometers inside the unit.
Lighting is adequate and there is no apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection.

Health Approval is granted provided the below is completed prior to reopening:
1. Full cleaning and sanitizing of ALL food equipment and surfaces as there is a lot of dust and debris.
2. Replace ceiling panels after electrical work/speaker installation is completed.
3. Find a rubber stopper underneath two compartment sinks instead of using a piece of vinyl to protect the floors.
4. Ensure all baseboards are properly installed and adhered to.
5. Keep back door closed during operating hours until screen door is installed. Discussed that the screen door must be fitted with door gaps.
6. Remove all construction material from premises when work is completed as they are not required for business operation.
