Comments

-Coolers are below 4 degC; food in the freezers are frozen
-Rice in all the other rice cookers is over 60 degC; sauce and curries in the warmer are above 60 degC
-200ppm bleach is available for cleaning in a spray bottle.
-Dishwasher rinse temperature was 76 degC at plate level; hot water was available at the taps at 3:30pm.
-Handsink and washroom sinks were fully equipped. DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO THE FRONT HAND SINK. REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM AROUND THE SINK.
