Met with new Director of Care and new Kitchen Manager.

The following has been addressed:
(main kitchen inspection):
- the mechanical dispensing system has been installed for sanitizer and floor cleaners
- manager has a food safe Lev 1
- daily temperature logs are available
- garbage area - closed
- low temp dishwasher supplied with chlorine residual/test strips are available for daily monitoring.
